What you write is used to make the comic and goes nowhere else. That's not a promise we're asking you to take on faith. It's how the app is built.

Analytics never sees your diary Your text, titles, character names and photos are sent to no analytics provider. What goes is numbers like the style, a rough length band and how long it took.
Session replay is impossible The screen-recording package isn't switched off in a setting; it isn't installed at all. Anything that can be switched off can be switched back on.
You can take all of it and go Download every entry in one file, or delete your account outright. There's an app lock too, so your diary doesn't open in someone else's hands.
